Gifford Briggs

Gifford came to CTI Construction in 2020 as President of Operations and brings over 20 years of experience in managing the construction of higher education, medical office, mining and industrial, and government military projects. Gifford’s main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while increasing the company’s ability to build larger and more complex projects while streamlining operations with a focus on safety and quality.
Gifford Briggs graduated with a B.S. degree from the School of Construction Management at Brigham Young University in 1998 with an MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2011. His career in commercial construction has given him experience in financing, scheduling, estimating, marketing, business development, mechanical HVAC systems, and project management. He started the Lindon Utah County Office for Big-D Construction in 2005 and was instrumental in the creation of the Big-D Idaho Falls Office. As Vice President and Managing Director of the Lindon Office he managed a portfolio and growth from inception to $100 million in gross annual revenue as a regional office while Big-D Construction Corporation grew from $250 million to almost $2 billion.
